Wednesday Stamper: Purple / Green

Das ATC ist mein Beitrag zum Mittwochsstempler : Lila und Grün. Der Hintergrund ist mit Gesso und Adirondack Stempelkissen gearbeitet, dann mit Zahlenstempel von MS Reliquary bestempelt. Ich mag das helle Grün so gerne und im Kontrast zum Lila wirkt es besonders gut. Ich habe eine Briefmarke aus Cuba mit einem merkwürdigen Käfer und einen Poststempel hinzugefügt
This ATC is for Wednesday Stamper : purple / green. I have used gesso and Adirondack stamppads for the background and stamped numbers with MS Reliquary stamps on it. I like the lime green in contrast to purple so much. I have added a stamp from cuba with a strange beetle and a postmark.

TGIF : Pin Up Girls

Mittwochsstempler / Wednesday Stamper : Mixed Media

Mein iPod-Täschchen habe ich aus Kaffe Fassett Stoff genäht und auf der einen Seite mit einem Zettiology-Collagebild und auf der anderen Seite mit dem grandiosen "naughty" Stempel von See D's, den ich auf Nesselstoff mit Staz On gestempelt habe, verziert. Und damit es noch bunter wird, habe ich auf die Zugbänder Perlen gefädelt und das Täschchen bestickt. Das passt doch wunderbar zum dieswöchigen Mittwochsstempler : Mixed Media und Belinda hat ihr iPod-Täschchen ja auch gezeigt :-)
I have sewn my iPod-Bag with Kaffe Fassett fabric. At one side I have added a Zettiology collage image and on the other side I have stamped "naughty", a See D's stamp. I have embellished the pocket with pearls and some hand sewing. This is my entry for Wednesday Stamper : mixed media. And I have seen that Belinda has shown her iPod bag, too :-)

Die MOOs sind genäht aus Stoffen, Zetti-Collagebildern und Borte. Sie sind mit kleinen Perlen, Pailetten und Knöpfen verziert, die ich von Hand aufgenäht habe.
This is my entry for Make a MOO or two : Zettiology .
Booth MOOs are sewn from fabric, zettiology collage paper and bordure. I have hand sewn little pearls, sequins and buttons on top.

Wednesday Stamper : Löffel / Spoons

Diese Einladungskarte zu einem Essen ist mein Beitrag zum Wednesday Stamper : Löffel . Die Stadt und das schnörkelige Etikett sind Stempel von Zettiology, die Löffel sind von Character Constructions. Der Hintergrund ist selbst marmoriertes Papier. Durch den Scan der durch die Brads unebenen Karte, wirkt sie leider schief.
This invitation card for a dinner is my entry for the Wednesday Stamper : Spoons . The city skyline and the label with ornaments are stamps from Zettiology, the spoons are from Character Constructions. The background is marbled paper I have made. The card is uneven because of the brads. So the scan shows an askewed card.

Frühling / Springtime

Dieser Wandbehang ist trocken gefilzt. Spitze, Organza und der Drahtrahmen mit hinein gearbeitet. Der Vogel ist aus Spitze ausgeschnitten und per Hand appliziert. Das Nest ist aus Stahldraht und Wachsperlen gemacht, wobei ich die Perlen mit Glimmer Mist angesprüht habe, damit sie kleine Sprenkel bekommen. Dann habe ich den Filz noch bestickt.
Durch Anklicken wird das Bild stark vergrößert, so daß man die Details besser sehen kann.
This hanger is dry felted. The lace, organza and the wire around the piece is felted together with the wool. The bird is cut out of lace and then handsewn on the felt. The nest is made from steel wire and pearls, they are sprayed with Glimmer Mist to give them some sprinkles. At least I embroidered the felt.

Blumenstecker "My secret garden"

Diesen Blumenstecker habe ich für Diana für einen Tausch via Künstlerdecos gemacht.
Die Porzellanfigur und das kleine Fläschchen sind Trödelmarktfunde. Die Kupferfolie ist mit Schlagbuchstaben beschriftet und erwärmt. In dem kleinen Fläschchen sind Perlen, Uhrenzahnrädchen und altes Notenpapier.
This object is for a plant pot. I made it for Diana for a swap of Künstlerdecos.
The porcelain doll and the little bottle are flea market founds. I have filled in clock pieces, pearls and a piece of an old music sheet. The copper foil is heated and embossed with metal alphabet letters.
